On April 1st, 2021, 2nd Lt Fiona Johnston of the Women’s Royal Army Corps (WRAC) was awarded the King George VI Cup at the Guildhall in London. The cup was presented by Maj Gen Dick Gerrard-Wright, Director of the Territorial Army. Johnston’s team from Oxford University’s Officers’ Training Corps won the University Challenge competition organised by the National Artillery Association, beating Leeds in the final.
